Richard Sutton
January 25th, 2012 : : Emerging Terrain : :Richard is a registered landscape architect in Nebraska and has been involved in teaching landscape design for over 30 years. He has published over two dozen articles, chapters and books on rural Great Plains landscapes. Trained as both a forester and landscape architect, he received the 2003 Outstanding Alumni Award from Utah State University’s Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning. Richard has been active in Lincoln environmental groups and neighborhood organizations and currently serves as the East Campus Community Organization’s representative to the Deadman’s Run Watershed Citizens Advisory Group.
